It's one thing to visit Scope Art Fair in full swing during Art Basel in Miami and it's a completely different beast watching it installed. Tracking down boxes of art that are supposed to be at your booth, sharing three ladders amongst all of the booths, stealing ladders from other galleries while they're at lunch, battling flooding from the rain to protect their artists' work and either the AC is off and it's super hot or it's on and dripping into your booth. These are all things I watched peers go through to prepare for the madness of Basel week and they did it in stride.
Here is an insider look into some of our favorite booths preparing for all the chaos! Street Art Anarchy, Mirus Gallery, Thinkspace Gallery, Res Non Verba, Red Truck Gallery, Joesph Gross Gallery, Parlor Gallery and Galerie C.O.A.
